It looks like Jennifer Garner is going to be smooching under the mistletoe this year! The Peppermint actress is reportedly so in love with her CEO boyfriend, John Miller, that the couple is “planning to spend the upcoming holidays together,” a source told Us Weekly.
But first, Jen is allegedly spending Thanksgiving Day with her ex-hubby, Ben Affleck. The now officially divorced couple (as of Nov. 7) is reportedly spending the holiday with their three children, Violet, 13, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6. Following that, the mom-of-three is allegedly planning on seeing her handsome beau over the weekend.
Her plans don’t end there, though. Apparently Jen and John — which has a lovely ring to it — “are planning to go on a romantic getaway” for Christmas, the source revealed. The source also dished that their six-month-long relationship “continues to be extremely serious” and that “John is head over heels in love with Jennifer.”
He’s also been there for her during the tough times. Though Jennifer and Ben filed for divorce over three years ago, the 13 Going On 30 actress staged an intervention for her 46-year-old ex, who has been battling alcoholism. Jen proved she was there for Ben after she drove him to a rehab facility where he stayed for 40 days. Once the Gone Girl actor was released from rehab, the ex-lovers finalized their divorce, and John was there by her side every step of the way.
“Jen’s been thankful for John’s stable love and support during the tough times she’s faced with Ben’s sobriety,” the source said. “He isn’t jealous and understands Jen’s commitment to helping Ben.” We suppose Jen could be supporting John, too, considering he just reportedly finalized his seven-year-long divorce just days after Jen and Ben on Nov. 13.
We hope Jen and John (and Ben too, of course) are moving forward in their lives, and find their path to happiness. “Jen brings out the best in John, and he is the happiest he has probably ever been,” a source told Us Weekly. “It’s a loving, healthy relationship.” We seriously can’t wait to see more of these two over the holidays!
