It looks like Gwyneth Paltrow is officially the mom of two teenagers! In honor of son Moses Martin‘s 13th birthday, the Iron Man actress took to Instagram to give him a sweet shout-out.

“Happy birthday my #MosesMartin. I simply cannot believe you are THIRTEEN,” the 46-year-old — who also shares a 14-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, with ex-husband Chris Martin — captioned the snapshot. “I am so proud of the man you already are. You steal my heart everyday.” In the photo Gwyn shared, Moses can be seen posing on the slopes while snowboarding with his famous mom.

Although the Oscar winner and the Coldplay frontman, 42, are no longer together, the parents-of-two have often been praised over the years for how they chose to raise their kids. When the former couple announced they were separating in 2014 after 10 years of marriage, they introduced their new way of parenting as “conscious uncoupling.”

“We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate,” Gwyn and Chris said in their announcement posted on the GOOP website at the time. “We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been. We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and coparent, we will be able to continue in the same manner.”

Years later, the pair — whose relationship is very far from typical — are still killing it in the parenting department. During an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert in January 2018, the blonde beauty opened up about how she and her ex have a “very familial” relationship.

“Divorce is terrible, it was very painful, it was really hard,” the Shakespeare in Love star, who recently remarried last September to new hubby Brad Falchuck, said. “We really genuinely wanted our kids to be as unscathed as possible. We thought if we could really maintain the family even though we weren’t a couple that was kind of the goal so that’s what we’ve tried to do.”

It looks like Gwyn and Chris did an even better job than they hoped!
