Donny Osmond Enjoys ‘Beautiful Afternoon’ With Wife Debbie and ‘All 10 of Our Wonderful’ Grandchildren
The ideal day for Donny Osmond is one filled to the brim with quality family time.. The iconic entertainer enjoyed a fun-filled day with wife Debbie Osmond and their 10 grandkids at the Butterfly Biosphere at Thanksgiving Point near their Utah home on Thursday, July 10.
During their family outing at the exhibit, the 61-year-old star took to Instagram and shared the most adorable photo with Debbie, 60, and their big brood of grandchildren. “There is no better way to spend a beautiful afternoon in #Utah than with all ten of our wonderful #grandkids,” Donny gushed in the caption. “Debbie and I are so blessed. #FamilyFirst.”
According to the Thanksgiving Point Institutes’ website, the Butterfly Biosphere is a “40,000 square foot venue is home to over a thousand butterflies from around the globe.” In addition, “it also has 20 species of tarantulas, beetles as big as your fist, and many more creepy crawly friends.” Impressive!
In the pic, Donny can be seen smiling while standing next to Debbie in a sea of their nine grandsons and one granddaughter. The sweet crew looked happier than ever as they posed for the pic with their famous grandpa and grandma.
Fans of the Donny & Marie star — who is the father of sons Donald Osmond Jr., 39; Jeremy Osmond, 38; Brandon Osmond, 34; Christopher Osmond, 28; and Joshua Osmond, 21 — quickly flooded the comment section with kind messages. “Each one is adorable and sport the famous Osmond smile. Yes, truly a blessing,” one user gushed.
Some of Donny’s Instagram followers also couldn’t help but point out that male genes run strong in the Osmond clan. “Wow! How beautiful, and I guess boys rule!! Lol many blessings!” one fan wrote. “Beautiful picture of you all … at least Debbie won’t feel left out …” another fan playfully teased.
While there’s no doubt in our minds that Donny is one doting grandaddy, the “I’ll Make a Man out of You” singer actually credits Debbie for being their family’s strength.
“I am particularly grateful that my dear Debbie has been able to be home with our children and has been such a powerful and uplifting influence on each one of our family,” he sweetly revealed to Third Hour in 2014. “Especially in her great support of me in my crazy career that takes me away from the home so much.” Donny added that she and their sons have “always been the core of my life.”
