Demi Moore Says She Hasn’t Exercised in ‘Over 4 Years’ — See Her Work up a Sweat!
Back in the swing of things! Demi Moore recently proved that even if you haven’t worked out in years, you can still get to it again.
The 56-year-old took to Instagram earlier this week to share a video announcing that she will be working out again after a bit of a hiatus. “I haven’t exercised in, like, over four years,” the actress confessed in the clip before her dance-based workout. “So this gonna be my next jam. Here I go. Wish me luck!”
The Ghost star added that she would be doing a 15-minute workout, which she labeled as “doable,” before admitting she is “stalling.” Fans were quite supportive of Demi, as they took to the comments section to pull for her.
“You got this,” one fan commented. Another added, “Still one of my all time favorite beauties …. ageless … and working it.”
Demi wasn’t done there, as she also shared another video proving that she was working out. “15 min flew by,” she captioned the second clip, wishing for a tight 🍑 please!” The Animals costar also added, “#LovingLife, #BackInAction, #TightenUp and #GIJane.” The latter was of course one of Demi’s most notable roles, as she played Jordan O’Neill, a woman who successfully enrolls into the Combined Reconnaissance Team training, and deals with harsh brushback.
The Hollywood star has been all about her body recently, especially after revealing that she almost took a turn for the worst, but she prioritized her health and the people in her life in the “last seven years. “My relationships are more important, and what I do comes second,” she said, via People, adding that she doesn’t seek validation from anyone. “What does it matter what anyone thinks? Nothing is that bad,” she said.
We are so pumped to see Demi getting back into her exercise routine, and we hope she inspires others to do the same!
