They may have their hands full with three kids and another on the way, but Daphne Oz and husband John Jovanovic still have the spark lit in their marriage, and they revealed the secret to just how that is.

“Parents really start to look forward to bedtime a lot,” 33-year-old told Us Weekly at HealthCorps 13th Annual Gala, hosted by Daphne’s parents, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Lisa Oz, on Tuesday, April 16. “You can’t wait for your kids to wake up, and then for the whole day [you’re] trying to get them exhausted enough to go back to bed.”

John also offered up a tip for keeping a family strong and joyful. “I think we try to counterbalance really intensive family time with just time for the two of us,” he said. “Having parents who are happy really makes for a happy bond with the children. We sync great.”

The pair, who have been married since 2010, took to Instagram in March to share with everyone the news that they are expecting again. “I do love to cook!” The Chew alum captioned a photo where she is cradling her baby bump. “Bun in the oven #4 coming your way later this year and we couldn’t be more excited!!” This adds to the duo’s family who already have three kids — Philomena, 5, Jovan, 3, and Domenica, 16 months.

Those three little ones have, of course, made Daphne’s dad, 58, a very happy man. “The beautiful thing about being a grandfather is that you see the joy that you had as a father in your child. So there’s a multiplier effect,” the TV personality exclusively told Closer Weekly. “Plus, you have the joy of the grandchild, and the best part — you can give them back!”

The trio even has a nickname for their grandpa. “Everyone had a name but me,” he added. “One day, she called me Runka and I took it!”

There’s clearly so much love in this family!
