Is there anything they can’t do? According to Magnolia spokesman John Marsicano, Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines are expanding their multi-faceted empire and opening a new coffee shop in Waco, Texas.

“I can confirm that we will be breaking ground on our newest project, a coffee shop, early next month — our tentative plan is to open by year’s end,” Marsicano recently told People on behalf of the former Fixer Upper stars. “An official name for the coffee shop has not yet been announced, but we’re excited to share more details in the coming weeks!”

While fans have to anxiously await the opening of Chip and Jo’s newest business, the Waco Tribune-Herald, which first reported the news, gave fans a glimpse of what we can expect. According to the outlet, the power couple’s coffee shop will offer a full-service coffee bar, fresh-baked pastries and an assortment of teas and also include a to-go window and indoor/outdoor seating.

With the coffee shop expected to be located a block away from the couple’s Magnolia Market at the Silos, the new business will allow fans to explore the Silos while sipping on a hot, or cold, cup of joe. The upcoming shop with also join their other businesses on the Texas property — Chip, 44, and Joanna, 40, already run Magnolia Table restaurant and Silos Baking Co., which showcases the brunette beauty’s love for baking.

Whipping up scrumptious treats isn’t Joanna’s only passion, though. Last month, the HGTV alum announced she is expanding on her impressive resume by officially becoming a children’s book author as well. The home decor guru announced her exciting news in mid-January by sharing a set of photos of her new book titled We Are The Gardeners via Instagram. “Today’s the day! We get to finally share this project the kids and I have been working on,” Jo wrote in the caption. “We wrote this children’s book together to tell the story of our journey in the garden.”

According to the mom-of-five, the book she wrote along with her kids is “a story of trying and failing and trying again and never giving up.” Joanna is no stranger to loving all-things-plants, so it’s no surprise that she would write a book on the importance of gardening. With all these projects in store for Chip and Jo, we can’t wait to see what else they have up their sleeves in the future!
