Carrie Underwood Shares Rare Photo of Son Isaiah, 4, Enjoying His Mom’s Concert: ‘One of My Favorite Things’
Traveling the country on a 5-month-long tour might sound exhausting, but Carrie Underwood doesn’t mind when she has her family tagging along. The iconic country music star recently took to Instagram and shared a rare, adorable photo of her 4-year-old son, Isaiah, enjoying his mom’s concert.
“One of my favorite things about the #CryPrettyTour360 is having my family out on the road with me,” the 35-year-old beauty — who shares Isaiah and his younger sibling, 7-month-old Jacob, with husband Mike Fisher — gushed in the caption on Wednesday, September 18. “I just hope I’m making my boys proud of their mama.” Carrie sweetly added the hashtags, “blessed,” “boymom” and “Wichita.”
In the super cute snapshot, little Isaiah can be seen standing on top of one of the barricades surrounding the stage as his dad held his arms tightly around him. The sweet youngster, who was sporting protective earmuffs, wrapped his one arm around his dad’s head and cheered his mama on as she killed it in front of thousands of people.
Carrie’s heartwarming family moment seemingly garnered the attention of many of her fans as they quickly flooded the post’s comment section. “That’s awesome!!!! You know they love to be with you!!!! You are amazing!!!” one fan wrote. A second chimed in, gushing, “That is so awesome to have your family with you,” while a third echoed, “Awesome job mama!!!”
Prior to the start of her 64-date tour in May, Carrie and Mike were enjoying life as the parents of a newborn son. In fact, a source close to the American Idol star — who suffered three miscarriages before getting pregnant with Jacob last year — gushed that the power couple couldn’t be happier about their new life as parents of two.
“Carrie can’t believe how blessed she is. This is a great time for Carrie and Mike, and they’re going to cherish every single moment,” the insider exclusively revealed to Closer Weekly after they welcomed their second child on January 21.
“Carrie and Mike couldn’t have been more excited about introducing their son Jacob Bryan to the world. He’s the cutest thing ever and the family couldn’t be happier,” the source added. “He’s happy, healthy and already smiling.”
We hope to see more of Isaiah — and even Jabcob — before Carrie concludes her tour on October 31!
