Oh no! A fun day of go-karting with her siblings turned into a trip to the hospital for Candace Cameron Bure. The Fuller House star took to Instagram on Thursday, Dec. 6 to reveal to her fans that she was taken to the emergency room after getting into a scary accident with her brother, Kirk Cameron, and two sisters, Melissa Cameron and Bridgette Cameron.

“Went go-karting with my brother and two sisters. I’ve been released now, but was in the ER,” The View alum said in her Instagram story on her way home from the hospital. “Clearly I am fine… but got some damage to my hand, but it’s not broken, and my shoulder, but it’s not broken.”

Though she walked away with no broken bones, the injuries Candace sustained are still scary and intense, especially considering the 42-year-old revealed her brother “ran me over” during the accident. Ouch!

However, the actress said the most painful part of the incident was getting her wedding rings off her severely injured fingers. “Those used to be perfectly round rings until they caught the underside of the go-kart as it drove on top of me,” Candace explained in her Instagram Stories. “Getting them off was excruciating. But I’m grateful that the ER paramedic was able to do it without cutting them off.”

While most people would be a mess after going through something so traumatic, the mom-of-three was still able to see the bright side of the day. In her last Instagram Story from the day, Candace wrote, “And if you even need to ask… I won.” What a strong lady!

Before her accident, the day started off well for the Camerons as Candace and her siblings reunited. “The Cameron kids 2018,” the blonde beauty captioned a post of her family. “It only took like seven years to snap a siblings picture! Getting some good ol’ fashioned family time in with my brother and sisters. #FunTimes at my mom and dad’s house.”

Though Candace spent a few hours in the hospital, we’re happy to hear that she is going to be OK!
