If you believe yourself to be a big fan of the animated film franchise Toy Story, it is pretty safe to say that the voice of Woody himself, Tom Hanks, has found someone that takes the cake when it comes to fandom — and a chest tattoo was all the proof he needed.

The Oscar winner, 62, took to Twitter on Thursday, May 23 to share a photo of a fan he found who had literal evidence of how much he loves the actor’s popular films about the toys that come to life when no one is around. “Well, howdy partner! Where’s Buzz? Hanx,” the star tweeted alongside a picture showing a man with a large Woody the Cowboy tattoo. Take a look at it below!

People on the social media platform of course offered up varying reactions. “That guy’s got a friend in him … permanently,” one person stated. Another commented, “Hanks, you made that guys decade. Nice job.”

The Castaway star found the fan while out working on Today alongside Savannah Guthrie, where he was live at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to help pay tribute to all of the veterans out there — a special cause championed by Elizabeth Dole. “The small acts of kindness can make a real difference,” the 82-year-old former senator said on the special May 23 episode.

“For example, go help mow the lawn, take a good dinner over to the family, take the children out for an event, or sit with the wounded warrior and let the caregiver get a little respite,” she added.

Not only was the crowd at hand able to see Tom, but Sheryl Crowe was also in attendance to perform some of her hits including “If It Makes You Happy” and “Redemption Day.”

It is always great to see people come together to show respect for our veterans — even if they do have questionable tattoos.
