Now that Bohemian Rhapsody has just become the highest-grossing music biopic of all time, it seems like Rod Stewart wants a piece of that biopic action, too. In fact, he already has someone in mind to play the younger version of him: his son Alastair.

We’re assuming that the 73-year-old legendary singer has noticed that everyone is getting a biopic these days, even an Elton John film titled Rocketman will be released in 2019, so it is no surprise that Rod wants his own. “I would love a movie,” Rod said during a recent appearance on the British talk show This Morning. “My Alastair said gotta make one about you! Because I can play a younger you. I’d love to cooperate!” Well, the 13-year-old should feel flattered since Rod could have chosen from his two other sons. Or Rod could have just gone all out and proposed that all of his eight kids appear in his movie. That’s right, he has eight kids. And spending time with them is extremely important to the “Maggie May” singer.

“I see the kids calendars and work around it because I can afford to do it!” Rod exclaimed. Rod also revealed that in his younger years he struggled to balance his work and life because he was “hugely in debt” to the IRS. “I had to go. I was hugely in debt to the IRS so I had to work,” Rod recalled. “My two eldest ones Kimberly and Sean did complain. I said, ‘Kids, I wasn’t having a party, I had to go to work to pay them off!'”

And if you would like to keep track, just know that those eight kids that Rod has are from five different women, with his firstborn being Sarah Streeter whom he had with his partner Susannah Boffey. No word yet if Rod would bring all women to the premiere of his future biopic.
