Rachel Weisz Talks Life Before Finding Love Daniel Craig - Closer Weekly

Though she’s now happily married to actor Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisz admits life hasn’t always been so perfect — especially when it came to dating.

“I was often single and feeling alone in my 20s. I’d eat pizza at home by myself, rent movies, all the clichés… It was hard sometimes but you hope eventually you’ll find the right partner,” the 45-year-old Oz the Great and Powerful star said in a new interview.

“When I was younger, I worried about so many things and it was hard for me to feel happy or understand what made me happy. Once you reach your forties, you know where to look,” she added.

In her early 30s, Rachel found love with filmmaker and producer Darren Aronofsky, 46, and the two became engaged in 2005, one year before they welcomed their son, Henry, 9. In 2010, the couple announced their split and the actress began quietly dating Daniel, 47. The pair later married in June 2011.

In addition to finding happiness with her actor husband, Rachel credited becoming a mom for helping her gain a more positive outlook on life. “The birth of my son was a major change. I am so much happier since I became a mum. He is so much fun to be with,” she told Britain’s Daily Mirror of Henry.
