Closer to the family. Priscilla Presley is bringing her mother home in order to look after her.

“Priscilla is stepping up to take care of her ailing mother Ann [Lillian Wagner-Beaulie]. She put Ann and her late father Paul’s house in Brentwood on the market and is in the process of moving her mother into her own home,” an insider exclusively tells Closer Weekly.

“The home, which Elvis [Presley] purchased for his in-laws a few years after he divorced her, was in Priscilla’s name. Elvis was very generous, he loved Ann and Paul and wanted to give them a nice home. Priscilla refuses to put her loving mother in a facility, so she’s using part of the sale to give Ann long-term, top of the line home care,” the source continues.

“Ann is moving in with Priscilla any day now and she’ll have every possible need met by Priscilla’s staff and by health care workers who will be on call for her 24/7. It breaks Priscilla’s heart because Ann was always very strong-willed and independent, and she misses Paul, who died last year, dearly. It’s very bittersweet.”

Elvis Priscilla Presley

This comes after the Dallas alum sold the Brentwood home after putting it on the market a few days earlier. The house, purchased in 1976 for $170,000, made quite the profit as Priscilla was able to reel in $3.8 million. The property was built in 1949 and has 2,500 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also a swimming pool and a two-car garage on the property.

This isn’t the only home in the Presley family that has been sold recently — just last year Priscilla and Elvis’ iconic mobile home from the 1960s was purchased by a man named Max Wiggins for just $67,000, in what was considered a steal. Max later said he “would have paid any price for it because it belonged to Elvis”
