Prince Harry Wants to Make the ‘World a Better Place’ Says Longtime Friend Nacho Figueras

The duke has big plans! Prince Harry‘s longtime friend, polo player Nacho Figueras, offered a personal look into the new dad, revealing that he simply wants to change the world for the better.

The 42-year-old Argentine sports star took to Instagram on Saturday, May 25, to share numerous photos of the best pals together. “I have been fortunate enough to spend enough time over the years to learn and understand the man [Harry] really is — a kind, generous, compassionate person who is constantly thinking about how to make the world a better place,” Nacho captioned the pics.

“Whether that is helping kids in Africa, talking openly about mental health, encouraging children or talking about climate change and the things that we all human beings need to change for the next generations. I see him do that over and over again and it is truly inspiring,” the athlete continued.

“I am honored to be your friend and let’s keep fighting because if we all fight together love always wins,” he added.

The duo just saw each other on Friday, May 24, as they teamed up to play in a polo match in Rome to raise funds for Harry’s Sentebale charity — an organization that supports kids and young people affected by HIV in the African countries of Lesotho and Botswana. Their team went up against a U.S. Polo Association team led by Prince William‘s former coach and professional Malcolm Borwick.

The match happened to be the first time that the 34-year-old has spent away from his wife, Meghan Markle, and their newborn baby, Archie. However, while Harry has been tending to his many responsibilities since the birth of his first son, he is completely head over heels in love with the little one.

“He said he’s getting used to the baby and how Archie has fitted into family life,” mother-of-two Amy Scullard revealed after meeting Prince Charles‘ son at a Children’s Hospital in Oxford. “He said he just feels part of the family and he can’t imagine life without his son.” So sweet!
