She's so sweet to her fans! While driving to the Oscars on Sunday, March 4, Nicole Kidman surprised a bus full of fans by saying hello, and understandably, they freaked out. She simply rolled down her car window and casually waved, and the bus riders couldn't believe their eyes. Check out the video above to see the adorable moment!
Once they realized who was waving at them, the fans quickly whipped out their cell phones to take a quick snap of the Australian actress, and Nicole was in good spirits about it all. Even though she was currently on her way to get ready for the 90th Academy Awards ceremony, she took the time to chat with them for a bit. "Hi, everyone. What are you doing on that bus?" she asked the starstruck group. "I haven't got my hair and makeup done yet," the Moulin Rouge! actress added.
While Nicole was not a nominee at this year's show, she presented the Best Original Screenplay award to writer-director Jordan Peele for his debut feature Get Out. She stunned in a strapless, deep royal blue Armani Privé gown and 84-carats of Harry Winston diamonds, worth millions of dollars.
Prior to the show, the Big Little Lies star hilariously surprised old friend Sandra Bullock by crashing her red carpet interview, and it was the Practical Magic reunion we didn't know we needed. "We were talking about when we shot [Practical Magic] together and we asked her to get the tequila, she came back with her own tequila but we drank it anyway. We were a little drunk," Sandra shared. Nicole added, "I love that movie. I showed that movie to my kids. It’s a little above their [level of understanding]… But we’re really good sisters." And Sandra's perfect response? She exclaimed, "I think we are. And we're really good drinkers too!" Who's ready for a Practical Magic sequel?!
