Two months after giving birth to her second child, Mina embarked on her plastic surgery journey. The realtor underwent a tummy tuck, liposuction and got breast implants.

“I wasn’t happy with my body and what I could accomplish just working out and didn’t feel like myself,” she told Us Weekly in February 2021.

“Do what makes YOU feel good. It’s OK to be selfish sometimes,” Mina said. “Whether it’s surgery or a push-up bra or eyelash extensions, Spanx, a spray tan — get it. Whatever makes you feel strong and powerful and beautiful.”

Fitness Routine

On top of her cosmetic procedures, Mina became dedicated to hitting the gym.

“I actually stopped drinking five or six months ago and kicked up the weightlifting part of my, already daily, workout routine,” she wrote on Instagram in November 2021. “My goal with neither of these changes was weight loss. But I feel great. The strongest, and least hungover that I have [been] in years.”

Butt Lift and Blepharoplasty

In November 2023, Mina announced on her podcast that she had undergone a butt lift, opting to inject filler into her backside. Her decision to do so came after she lost nearly 20 pounds after working out with her husband regularly in the gym.

“When I lost all this weight, although I have been incredibly fit, my legs feel like I’m wearing loose pantyhose because of the skin and my butt is like a half-filled bag of flour no matter how many squats or lunges we do,” the realtor said of what sparked her to look into getting a butt lift.

In addition to the procedure, she also had a blepharoplasty, otherwise known as an eyelid lift.

“There’s a point where it becomes more of a medical necessity,” she explained. “That was not my case. Mine was my right eye you could not see my eyelid. There was so much more skin and it was so swollen. It’s been driving me crazy for three years.”

She continued, “This is the only reason I ended up doing this — you can do an eyelid lift awake under local anesthesia,” adding, “If you are a calm enough person to sit there while someone cuts your eyelid open.”
