Now that the royal baby‘s arrival may be just a few weeks away, it seems like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are considering sending their first child to an American school.

According to The Sunday Times, the duke, 34, and duchess, 37, are thinking of sending their first-born to the private, co-ed ACS Egham International School in Egham, Surrey, which used to be known as the American Community School. What’s different about ACS is that it offers an American curriculum to students aged 4 to 18. The school is also located opposite Windsor Great Park, which just happens to be near the couple’s future home, Frogmore Cottage, so the distance would work.

Harry attended the British school, Eton college, and the former actress attended the all-girls Immaculate Heart High School in Los Angeles. And according to the outlet, ACS would costs the pair between $13,000 and 32,000 annually, compared to Eton, which can run up to $50,000 annually.

While the Suits alum has not confirmed what school she is thinking for her child, education is extremely important to her as is the creative arts, especially since she’s a patron of the National Theatre. She recently visited the performing arts theatre Bristol Old Vic with her husband and described how the arts give people a sense of “community.” “It’s good that you have this,” she told young actors and actresses on the stage.

She continued, “There’s so much of the emphasis in after-school clubs on sport. Channelling the energy you have into the creative arts and theatre and all of that is equally as important.” She then said, “Sport isn’t for everyone, just as theatre isn’t for everyone. You can know that there’s a place here where you can find community, and sort of explore self-discovery and other things you might be thinking about.”

Meghan, added, “When you have school, you really appreciate coming here, right? It’s really good that you guys have this and have each other to explore your creativity.”

It’s clear that wherever the royal couple send their child it seems they are going to want there to be a program for the creative arts. Now we will wait and see what Meghan and Harry choose for their kid’s future.
