Can you remember that moment of utter shock 25 years ago when you first heard the news that Lisa Marie PresleyElvis Presley‘s little girl — had married Michael Jackson? If so, sometime in the near future Lisa Marie is reportedly going to have a mind-blowing book for you.

According to the New York Post‘s “Page Six” column, she has entered into a deal with Gallery Books worth between $3 and $4 million to pen a tome promising “shocking revelations about Michael Jackson and a completely new understanding of Elvis.”

Back in 1994, Lisa Marie issues a statement to the media that said, “My married name is Mrs. Lisa Marie Presley-Jackson. My marriage to Michael Jackson took place in a private ceremony outside the United States weeks ago. I am very much in love with Michael, I dedicate my life to being his wife. I understand and support him. We both look forward to raising a family.” Two years later, they divorced.

Lisa Marie first met Michael in 1975 when she was seven and attended one of his concerts in Las Vegas. Fast-forward to 1992 and they began talking. Then, following child abuse allegations filed against him, she pretty much became his emotional support during what was a difficult time for him. It was during this period she also became concerned about his dependency on drugs and health issues he was starting to suffer from. In the biography Michael Jackson: The Magic, The Madness, The Whole Story (1958-2009), author J. Randy Taraborrelli quotes Lisa Marie saying, “I believe he didn’t do anything wrong, and that he was wrongly accused, and, yes, I started falling for him. I wanted to save him. I felt that I could do it.”

It was Lisa Marie that actually talked him into settling the allegations out of court and got him to check into rehabilitation. Obviously, though, it wasn’t enough as, again, they were divorced in 1996.

No word yet on when this book will be published.
