She’s so proud of her famous fam! Kate Middleton stepped out for Children’s Mental Health Week on Tuesday, February 5 and visited two schools in London to chat with young students about the power of positive thinking. While the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, spoke to kids at Lavender Primary School, she took part in a classroom exercise where the students shared items that bring them joy — and Kate had the most adorable example of something that “makes her feel good,” too!

In a sweet moment captured and shared by the official Kensington Royal Twitter account, Kate can be seen talking to two children about a photo of her family. The snapshot was actually the image the Cambridge clan used for their 2018 Christmas card and features Kate with her husband, Prince William, and their three kids, Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 10 months.

“This is a photograph of my family. These are my children and this is my husband. And my family makes me feel happy,” Kate said during the exercise, according to People. “And we like playing outside together and spending lots of time together as a family, and that makes me feel very happy.” The proud mom-of-three then asked the kids, “Do you like spending time with your families? What do you like doing sometimes?”

During the special school visit, Kate also revealed George and Charlotte’s favorite foods. “Charlotte loves olives,” the Duchess confessed, adding that her daughter enjoys helping her make a “cheesy pasta” recipe that George loves. “She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her. They made cheesy pasta the other day. One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in. And they make salads and stuff,” Matthew Kleiner-Mann, chief executive of the Ivy Learning Trust, told reporters at the event. So cute!
