Jennifer Lopez Stuns in Lavish Wedding Gown While Filming Scenes for New Movie ‘Marry Me’

Dang, girl! Jennifer Lopez was recently spotted filming scenes for her upcoming movie, Marry Me, and now fans really can’t wait until she walks down the aisle to wed fiancé Alex Rodriguez. While on set in New York City on October 17, the iconic actress was photographed wearing an elaborately-designed wedding ball gown that boasted more jewels than one could probably count.

The 50-year-old stunner looked incredible as she showed off her youthful appearance in the sweetheart-style dress that featured eye-catching embellishments up the entire bodice, as well as throughout the skirt. Jen also wore a gorgeous, jewel-encrusted veil and accessorized the look with a matching necklace.

Jen’s lavish sighting on Thursday evening came just days after she was spotted filming scenes with Marry Me costar Owen Wilson. The “Jenny From the Block” singer and the Meet the Parents actor were photographed walking down an NYC sidewalk while filming a romantic scene.

According to IMDb, the upcoming film is about a “pop superstar [who] is jilted by her rock-star fiancé moments before their wedding at Madison Square Garden, so she marries a random guy from the crowd instead.” The romantic comedy — which is expected to hit theaters on January 1, 2020 — is also slated to star Sarah Silverman, Michelle Buteau, John Bradley and many more.

It looks like Jennifer’s art may be imitating life considering the brunette beauty is gearing up to marry her longtime love. Although Jen and the former professional baseball player got engaged earlier this year in March, they’re actually in no rush to tie the knot. In fact, she dished that they haven’t even started to plan it yet!

“I have a movie I’m shooting in October [Marry Me] and the movie has an album that goes with it, so I’m just a little bit busy right now,” the Second Act star recently told ES Magazine. “And until October, [Alex] has the World Series in baseball. We’re going to have to pick a day, pick a time and block it out, but we’re definitely talking about it.”

Even though the power couple is taking their time, Jen dished how special their union truly means to both her and Alex. “[Marriage is] important for both of us,” she told the outlet. “We both come from traditional Latin families and we want that.”
