Just days after Charlie Sheen publicly revealed he is HIV-positive, the actor is now writing a memoir to detail his experience with fans.
According to Us Weekly, the 50-year-old actor's manager, Mark Burg, has been “buried with offers” since Charlie's Today interview with Matt Lauer on Tuesday, Nov. 17.

"You know, there are a lot of rumors out there right now," Matt, 57, began the sit-down. "And you would like to address them head-on."
"I am here to admit that I am, in fact, HIV-positive. I have to put a stop to this mirage of attacks of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about me that are threatening the health of so many others," Charlie replied.
