Top of the class! Their parents may be two of the biggest actors on the planet, but some of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s kids have not gone the same route, opting to instead go into robotics. Unexpected!

An insider exclusively revealed to Closer Weekly that Shiloh and Knox have stood out as some of the best in their robotics class, as this is a subject the two “have been studying for some time now and they absolutely love it.” The source continued, “They get to be really creative and mix with other children, while exploring their own creative ideas and working on team projects. Angelina and Brad want them to be able to spend time in different environments and learn how to work as a team. They are very bright kids and definitely have an intellectual future ahead of them.”

The insider revealed that the Girl, Interrupted star, 43, and her ex-husband, 55, would rather not see their children in the same business they’re in. “They have the money and support to be able to do anything in life, but it’s unlikely their parents will want them becoming YouTubers or work in the entertainment industry,” the source explained. “That’s why the robotics classes are such a good training ground for their future careers.”

It’s very clear that both Angelina and Brad are very involved in their kids’ life, and they want them to each do well moving forward. Last May, the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil actress reportedly took her son Maddox, 17, on a University tour in South Korea. And earlier this year she was spotted with Shiloh, 12, and Knox and Vivienne, 10, selling organic dog treats in a local park in Los Angeles.

And while the World War Z star isn’t seen in public with his children as much as his ex-wife is, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t hang out with them. “Brad is spending plenty of time with his kids — at his home,” an insider recently told In Touch. “He just isn’t parading them around like Angelina has been doing.”
