It’s seemingly time for Angelina Jolie to embark on one of the hardest things a mother has to go through — sending her first child off to college! While recently on a trip to South Korea as an official to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugee (UNHCR) Special Envoy, the mother-of-six allegedly set aside an afternoon to visit a university campus in Seoul with her eldest kid, 17-year-old son Maddox Jolie-Pitt.

While this is reportedly Maddox’s first time visiting schools in South Korea’s capital city, he’s allegedly been studying the Korean language and has shown interest in living in the country before, People has revealed. Before heading out with Maddox, Angie, 43, also allegedly stepped out with her son Pax, 14, to dine out at a traditional Korean BBQ restaurant on Nov. 1.

Noticeably absent from Angelina’s special trip with her eldest boys was their dad, Brad Pitt. Though the former couple is still reportedly involved in a bitter custody battle over their six kids, it was recently revealed that Maddox, Pax, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne might actually get a say in which parent they’d like to live with.

In early October, psychologist Stan Katz submitted a document to the Superior Court of California flagging that an official custody evaluation between the pair has begun. This means that potential interviews with family caregivers and the six kids could decide the fate of the custody battle between Brad, 54, and Angelina.

“The Pitt-Jolie kids are currently in LA for the evaluation process,” an insider recently told In Touch magazine. “They are going to have their say, and what they say could ultimately decide everything.”

“The way it stands now, the kids just want the tug-of-war to be over. Most of them would be fine splitting half their time between Mom and Dad — but Angelina still wants primary custody,” the source added.
