It's times like these when we're reminded why award shows have 10-second delays!
As fan-favorite Sandra Bullock accepted her award for Best Actress in an Action Movie, she accidentally let the f-bomb fly when an announcer cut her off early.
Sandra had been jokingly thanking "Jackie Chan, Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme for teaching me everything I know" when the show's announcer cut in briefly.
Though the censor was able to silence Sandra's "What the fu--k?" after the snafu occurred, it was clear to everyone watching what the actress had said!
The interruption was clearly a mistake, but Sandra teased, "I’m an action hero! You do not do that to a ..." before continuing her speech like nothing had happened.
The audience clearly loved her spontaneous outburst, even though the people behind-the-scenes were probably sweating bullets!
Sandra wasn't the only one to use some choice words when accepting an award. Bradley Cooper also swore when describing the cast of "American Hustle" when the movie won for Best Ensemble.
But the swearing shouldn't come as much of a surprise. After all, the Critics' Choice Awards serves a hefty amount of alcohol to guests during the broadcast!
