Jane Fonda can't wait to grab a bowl of popcorn and watch Season 2 of Grace and Frankie!
The 78-year-old actress recently gushed about the popular comedy series' newest episodes, which hit Netflix this Friday, May 6 — and after hearing what she said about the show, we couldn't be more excited to watch it!
"Grace and Frankie is a wonderful combination of reality and comedy. It's very real. There are tears that are shed, and it’s very poignant, but at the same time there are unusual things that happen and are very, very funny," Jane said of the new season. "Things that people have never seen on television before. I think the series will make people feel good. It will open their hearts."

Grace and Frankie follows two Grace (Jane) and Frankie (Lily Tomlin), whose lives get turned upside down when their business partner husbands, Sol ( Sam Waterston) and Robert (Martin Sheen) reveal they are gay and are leaving their respective wives to be together. The two then form an unlikely bond and experience many tears and laughter as they discover a new definition of family.

Jane additionally opened up about what inspired her to work with Netflix on this exciting show, which first premiered in May 2015. "A year ago, I made a movie with Jason Bateman, who was one of the stars on Arrested Development. Because I was working with Jason I decided I should watch his show on Netflix. I saw the entire thing in one weekend, and I got hooked on Netflix," she revealed. "Right about that same time was when they launched the show House of Cards, and I watched the entire season in one weekend. It was perfect."

“What I love most about Netflix is that I can watch an entire season in a few days. That suits my schedule. I'm very busy. I don't like to have to wait a long time between episodes so I try to watch everything all at once, or at the most over a two day span," she continued. "I think I get the most impact doing it that way."
