In Hallmark’s new film, Wedding at Graceland, the main characters have three weeks to plan their celebration of love in Elvis Presley‘s iconic home — but now the King of Rock and Roll’s wife, Priscilla Presley, is revealing just how the singer would have felt about this all.

“Elvis loved to show off Graceland, and he would always say that he was the estate’s first tour guide,” the 74-year-old told Good Housekeeping. “It was a private place for him because it represented what he had achieved, but he when he wanted to expose its beauty.”

The new film is a sequel to Christmas at Graceland and stars American Idol alum Kellie Pickler as well as Wes Brown. The movie sees their in-laws clashing over the ceremony. Priscilla joked that the rocker would have probably crashed the characters’ wedding. “He had a great sense of humor and loved surprises, especially when it came to love,” the actress said. “There were a number of times that he would he even go to the chapel in Vegas to check out who was getting married and surprise them.”

Elvis and Priscilla tied the knot in 1967, but parted ways in 1973. They had one child together, Lisa Marie Presley.

The hitmaker tragically passed away in 1977 after suffering a heart attack. However, while it has been more than 40 years since his death, his daughter still finds herself reaching out to him.

“I wouldn’t say I talk to him … I just remember everything,” the 51-year-old once said on the UK talk show Lorraine. “I can sort of pull out of the files whatever memories I have and stuff like that. And occasionally ask for help. Which was the case with this record. I just felt like a hand come down to me, it felt like that a little bit.”

Elvis lives on not only at Graceland, but in all his fantastic music!
