The Spice Girls are officially back on tour and one very special person had something sweet to say about it — Victoria Beckham a.k.a Posh Spice! The former bandmate sent the ladies a heartwarming message of support via Instagram on Friday, May 23.

“Good luck to the girls today as they start their tour,” the 45-year-old gushed in the caption of a throwback pic she shared of herself and the other ladiesMel B (Scary Spice), Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) and Melanie C (Sporty Spice) — back in the day. The brunette beauty added the hashtag, “#FriendshipNeverEnds.”

Even the fashion designer’s husband, David Beckham, wished the band all the success on their endeavor. “As someone that has lived with Posh Spice for the last 23 years, I know how emotional today is going to be,” the former professional soccer player wrote on his Instagram Stories shortly after his wife posted. “But I just want to wish all the girls good luck with their amazing tour.”

After the famed pop group announced in November 2018 that they were officially going on a reunion tour, fans of the Spice Girls wondered if any members would be missing. Although Victoria ultimately announced that she wasn’t going to be apart of the reunion, the other ladies had nothing but kind things to say about their former bandmate.

“Yeah, I think it is tough, because obviously, she’s a huge part of the band,” Mel C told to Entertainment Tonight in November. When the show’s host jumped in and joked, “Or was a huge part,” both Mel C and Mel B quickly corrected him. “She still is, she still is,” they agreed.

Sporty Spice even admitted that she wasn’t too dead set on the tour when the group first talked about it. “There were times, like I mentioned earlier, I wasn’t sure, and we really supported each other and the decisions that we make,” she revealed to the outlet. “We really support her and she’s really supporting us. And I think that’s a big part of our ethos.”

This tour will mark the group’s first outing since 2008. Viva forever, Spice Girls!
