We have some good news after some bad news. Just days before the tragic death of The Facts of Life star Charlotte Rae at age 92, it was reported that a reboot of the popular sitcom she starred in is (finally) in the works.

According to a report from Deadline on Friday, Aug. 3, a Facts of Life revival is in its early stages at Sony Pictures TV and Appian Way, which is the company run by famed actor Leonardo DiCaprio. It’s also been reported that the series is in talks to be produced with Iron Ocean Films (founded by Jessica Biel).

The Facts of Life was a spin-off of the other popular sitcom Diff’rent Strokes and it aired on NBC from 1979 until 1988. Charlotte had a starring role in the popular series — she played Edna Garrett, the housemother at a boarding school in New York. She eventually becomes the school dietician, and shortly after, she opens up her own business with the help of her four girls from the school (Kim Fields as Dorothy “Tootsie” Ramsey, Lisa Whelchel as Blair Warner, Mindy Cohn as Natalie Green, and Nancy McKeon as Jo Polniaczek). The plot then follows the ups and downs of the lives of the teenagers.

Over the weekend, Kim took to Instagram to reveal that she’s interested in a reboot of the series as well after 30 years. She posted a photo that read, “Dear Reboot Fairy, Facts of Life… Living Single… both… just give me my own home. Thank you, Too Gine.” She captioned the pic, “14 Years A Roommate… 1979-1988… 1993-1998 #TooGine ?.”

We’re totally on board for a reboot just like Kim is, but now that Charlotte is no longer with us, it’s hard to imagine any remake of The Facts of Life without her. We guess we’ll have to wait and see, but in the meantime, we can watch all the other popular sitcom reboots: Murphy Brown, Will & Grace, and more…
