Sofia Vergara Had The Perfect Response For A Hater Who Accused Her Of Getting Plastic Surgery

You go, girl! When an online hater accused Sofia Vergara of possibly getting plastic surgery via Instagram earlier this week, the 46-year-old actress had the absolute best response to the mean-spirited comment. 

“Lately I’ve been noticing that you did something to your face… I can’t find what but your face looks a little bit different now,” the critic commented on a pic Sofia posted on Tuesday, Sept. 18. Then, without skipping a beat, the Modern Family star replied, “It’s called aging.”

Though Sofia has never admitted to going under the knife, she has aged incredibly well leading some people to think she has gotten plastic surgery. In fact, during an exclusive new interview with Closer Weekly, Dr. Vartan Mardirossian — who has not worked with Sofia — speculated that she may have gotten a nose job before she became famous. He also suggested that Sofia’s gorgeous appearance might be due to Botox and fillers in her cheeks and lips but “everything [is] well done and looking very natural!”

However, Dr. Andrew Miller — who has also not worked with Sofia — exclusively told Closer, “I don’t really see much of a difference that can be attributed to any cosmetic procedures.” 

In the past, Sofia has interestingly said she’s not opposed to going under the knife. “Yeah, I would definitely do something. Not something crazy but little things here or there. Hopefully, when the time comes and I’m considering it, there will be even better treatments out there,” she revealed to StyleCaster back in 2012. She also once told Health magazine, “I don’t really think that plastic surgery can make you look young. It can make you look prettier, but if you go with the mentality of being young, I think that’s where accidents can happen.”
