So exciting! Sasha Obama might be ready to start the next chapter in her life as a college student. According to Page Six, a private Instagram account that is believed to be the 17-year-old’s posted a photo of Sasha and her two friends this week and insinuated that she might be going to the University of Michigan very soon.

The snapshot’s caption allegedly read, “So proud to say I’m going to college with my sisters!!” The post also reportedly showed the school’s football stadium in the background and included the University of Michigan as the location the picture was taken.

If Sasha does decide to attend the school — which is home to the Michigan Wolverines — then she will have to pay quite a lot of money in tuition. According to the school’s website, there are currently 46,000 students enrolled and out-of-state tuition costs more than $49,000 per year. Ouch! But we’re sure Sasha’s parents, Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, would do their best to pay any amount of cash to give their youngest daughter the education she wants.

Michelle won’t be sad if Sasha decides to leave for college either because she wants her kids to live their own lives and be happy. “I don’t need my children to make me happy. I had them so that they’d be happy,” she shared in a previous interview with People. “I also have the resources that if I really get sad, I’ll go see them. Unlike my parents, who dropped me off at college and just had a phone call, I text with my kids. I can text [my oldest daughter, Malia Obama] right this second and know exactly what she’s thinking.”

Sasha’s older sister, Malia, 20, decided to attend Harvard University and Michelle said she was anything but worried about that choice. “I don’t feel like she’s away,” Michelle said of her eldest child. “I feel like she’s off on her next adventure, so I’m excited about her.” We can’t wait to see what the next adventure awaits for Sasha after high school!
