Tons of celebrities took to social media on Wednesday, April 9, to wish their brothers and sisters a Happy National Sibling Day — and Princess Eugenie was no different! The Princess of York shared a special message to her sister, Princess Beatrice, on Instagram, as well as throwback photos of the two that are sure to pull on your heartstrings.

“Happy National Siblings Day … and to my big sister, your [sic] the best especially when helping me and my dress into the getaway car,” the 29-year-old beauty gushed in the post, adding the hashtag, “#NationalSiblingDay” in the caption. In the first pic that she shared, Eugenie can be seen enlisting the help of Beatrice, 30, while trying to fit her and her Peter Pilotto wedding dress into a gray Aston Martin DB10 after tying the knot with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, at Windsor Castle. In the second snap, the two sisters are pictured lying in the grass while beaming their beautiful smiles.

Royal admirers couldn’t get over the sentimental shout-out that Eugenie shared in honor of her sister. “Beautiful girls. You’re lucky you have each other for support, friendship and fun, in what must be a very challenging position,” one fan wrote in the comment section of Eugenie’s post. “You’re such a great example of two close sisters and best friends … and what a beautiful pic from your wedding. It totally embodies the deepest soul of the bond between you two,” another user gushed.

But while most fans praised the daughter of Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, others were quick to point out a silly discrepancy in her caption. “‘You’re the best’,” one of many comments read, correcting Eugenie’s spelling error. Luckily for the princess, true fans came to her defense. “Even royals make spelling and grammar errors. We’ve allllll done it — let it go!” a user protested.

Eugenie — who is ninth in line for the throne behind her sister — has been enjoying life ever since she became the wife to her handsome hubby in October. In fact, she’s supposedly still on a high after reportedly throwing a fourth party recently to celebrate the union between her and Jack.

According to the Daily Mail, Eugenie hosted the event at the same location at Windsor Castle. The insider revealed that the point of the party was so Eugenie could apparently invite her wedding dress designers, Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, so they could see the royal ensembles that she wore on her big day again. We guess our invite got lost in the mail!
