He can probably eat the finest food the United Kingdom can offer, but Prince William has his taste buds set on one casual dining chain in particular. The 35-year-old royal just revealed he’s a big fan of Nando’s!

While attending the Next Generation Impact Entrepreneurs Forum on Tuesday, April 17, William met Robert Brozin, one of the founders of Nando’s. And William said it was his police protection officer who turned him onto the chain’s Portuguese-Mozambican chicken.

“This man here is your biggest fan,” William told the businessman. “He’s introduced me to Nando’s. It’s very good.” (William even said that officer “should buy a stake in Nando’s.”) Afterward, Robert said he wasn’t surprised Prince William had tried his food. “The beauty of Prince Harry and Prince William is that they’re really accessible, and they are guys that go out a lot,” he said, per People. “I’m very happy that they’ve tried it… They’re so accessible. They’re people’s people, which is so nice.”

According to the Nando’s website, Robert and co-founder Fernando Duarte started the chain in 1987 after sampling peri-peri chicken in South Africa. (FYI, peri-peri, also called bird’s eye chili, is one of the spicier members of the capsicum pepper family.) “After just one bite of the mouth-watering peri-peri marinated and basted chicken, [Robert and Fernando] knew it was a taste that had to be shared,” the website says. Now Nando’s operates around 1,000 locations across five continents — including Europe, where it won the Sunday Times Best Place to Work (Big Companies) honor — and reportedly boasts Oprah Winfrey, Jay-Z, David Beckham, and Rihanna among its other celebrity fans.

When he wasn’t talking about chicken, though, William spent his time at the forum talking up his aspirations for the Royal Foundation, which he, Harry, and Kate Middleton founded in 2009. “We, as the Royal Foundation, can help lead, but if we can connect to some of those bigger foundations in the world and come together with one message, imagine the focus and the change,” he said at a roundtable. “I like the idea of a team. It’s all about how we work together.” Teamwork makes the dream work, right? And William will bring the snacks!
