Recently we all learned that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are finally ready to move out from Kensington Place in London into the Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate that Queen Elizabeth gave to them as quite the gift. But there’s a small issue. A report reveals that this new cottage isn’t exactly new and may need a little TLC.

Ingrid Seward, a royals biographer, told PEOPLE that Meghan and Harry have already put plans in place to give their land a bit of an update, as Ingrid had this to say about the property at the moment: “It’s pretty dilapidated now.” Harry and Meghan will need to do some renovations, including adding a nursery for their baby due in early May. A royal source adds that the cottage will “need considerable, lengthy refurbishment,” but that it does have “more space for children” and “has a special place in their hearts.” Look, if HGTV doesn’t jump on this and create a special called Harry and Meghan Fix It Up! then all of this will be for nothing.

This move is of course coming after we learned that Meghan and Harry were never really in love with London, and that raising their baby in a private location, away from the public, is important to them. “Family is one of the main factors behind this decision [to move],” the source revealed. “They want their children to grow up in as normal an environment as possible.”

And it’s probably a good thing that Harry is “moving on up” as Ingrid also recently revealed that Harry isn’t entirely happy at Kensington Palace. “Harry feels very imprisoned at Kensington Palace,” Ingrid said. “He can’t wait to get out.” If we don’t make an outdated reference about how we wish someone could scream, “move that horse and carriage!” before revealing Harry and Meghan’s new cottage then what kind of people would we be?
