Lookin’ good, girl! Padma Lakshmi may be turning the big 5-0 next year, but you’d never know by just looking at her. The TV personality has not only managed to keep herself in incredible shape over the years, but she even dished some tips and tricks for achieving your healthiest figure possible.

“SOUND ON. Thinking about tacos al pastor. What do you guys think about to get through a workout?” she captioned the clip she shared to Instagram on Tuesday, April 9. Padma also added the hashtags ‘#mondaymotivation,” “#rocky,” “#fitness” and #erryday.”

In the video that she posted to her social media account, the Top Chef judge showed off her impressive figure while working out in a black sports bra and dark blue leggings. Fans of the Easy Exotic cookbook author — who won the “Best First Book” award at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 1999 — couldn’t wait to confess their workout thoughts with her.

“I think that if I could actively push a 7 lb baby out of my body, then I can hold this plank for 30 more seconds,” one user wrote in the comment section of Padma’s inspiring post. “I honestly just get through the hard parts by remembering how much better my body will look strong and healthy. I also think about the last croissant I ate,” hilariously wrote another.

Many of the brunette beauty’s fans also pointed out the loads of hard work and dedication that Padma clearly puts into her workouts. “I think about how you work out and look like someone 18. Your feats give me the power to do better, reach higher and hold longer,” a user gushed. “She’s a beast!!!” said another.

Working in the food industry and wanting to keep a slim figure isn’t necessarily the easiest thing in the world to juggle. In fact, the single mom once revealed the difficulty of staying in shape because of her job.

“When filming Top Chef, I consume about 5,000 to 8,000 calories a day. We start with anywhere from 15 to 18 contestants, and I have to take a bite or two from each of their plates to adequately judge each dish. Every day. It adds up. I typically gain anywhere from 10 to 17 pounds every season,” she confessed to The Hollywood Reporter in August 2017. “Once I get home, what’s taken me six weeks to gain takes me 12 weeks to take off.” So relatable!
