We’re taking a trip to London — and for good reason! Meghan Markle just got her very own wax figure at the famed Madame Tussauds, it was revealed on Wednesday, May 9.

The royal-to-be joined fiancé Prince Harry‘s wax figure at the museum, just days ahead of their highly-anticipated wedding, which will take place on the 19th. The new wax figure sees Meghan dressed in a green shift by Italian label Parosh, originally worn for the TV interview which followed the official announcement of her engagement with an exact replica of her three-stone engagement ring. And while not every celebrity makes the transition to, erm, wax model look easy the likeness, it has to be said, is remarkable.

“Excitement ahead of the royal wedding is reaching fever pitch and we have been inundated with questions about when people can finally meet ‘Their Royal Likenesses,'” said Edward Fuller, the general manager at Madame Tussauds London. “There is a lot of love out there for Meghan and Harry and we’re following their lead by inviting the great British public to join the couple in their wedding celebrations here at Madame Tussauds London.”

The waxwork duo will appear in front of a video wall which will allow visitors to share a number of different “scenarios” with Meghan and Harry, from a beach getaway to the cake cutting at their wedding ceremony. The exhibit will be opened to the public for the first time on Friday, May 18 (the night before the royal wedding), when Madame Tussauds will host a bachelor and bachelorette party for those over 18 years old.

And that’s not all! Meghan’s wax figure is also coming to Madame Tussauds in NYC today. The handsome redhead and his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, previously made their NYC Madame Tussauds debut in the fall of 2014 and were placed next to Harry’s brother and sister-in-law, Prince William and Kate Middleton. We wonder how Prince Philip feels that he’s left out of the NYC exhibit (don’t worry, you can see him at their London location instead).

Christine Haughney, ‎Regional Head of Marketing at ‎Merlin Entertainments, made a statement regarding Meghan’s wax figure in the US. “We couldn’t think of a more quintessential location to celebrate this momentous occasion than the Big Apple,” she shared. “The excitement surrounding the royal wedding stretches across the world and we can’t wait to give our fans a chance to ‘meet’ Meghan in our attraction this spring.” According to the press release, Meghan’s wax figure’s outfit will “reflect an iconic moment in Meghan’s royal journey so far,” so we’re assuming her NYC figure will also be wearing her green engagement dress!
