This may be the happiest time in Meghan Markle's life, but her family is dealing with some major shake-ups! First, her father decided that he would no longer attend her wedding and walk her down the aisle to Prince Harry, and now her mom has reportedly quit her job in Los Angeles days before the big day. But don't worry, it's all good!

Meghan's mom Doria Ragland has made a career of helping people, but that's not going to change just because she left the clinic she was working at in LA. “Doria is no longer working at the mental health clinic in the Los Angeles area. It was Doria’s decision to leave,” a source told Us Weekly. "She has talked about starting her own private practice, focusing on working with elderly patients." All very exciting!

It's unclear why Doria chose this specific time to leave her post at the clinic and go her own way. Perhaps she wanted to spend extra time with her daughter after her big day! As a matter of fact, now that Meghan's father Thomas Markle is ditching the ceremony, he thinks Doria should play an even bigger role for the special occaision.

After saying that he was experiencing even more chest pains after having a heart attack last week, Tom said that Doria should be the person to walk Meghan down the aisle instead, and we think that's an amazing idea. However, we feel terrible that Meghan has to deal with so much stress within her family so close to the most important day of her life! She will be becoming a duchess after all. Hopefully everything works itself out asap.
