Kate Middleton and Prince William are kicking off the year with all smiles it seems.

On Jan. 6, The 36-year-old Duchess of Cambridge was spotted side-by-side with William, 36, looking quite happy as she made her way to church service at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, England. But they weren’t alone as Queen Elizabeth was also seen tagging along for the stroll.

Aside from the coat and matching headband, Kate also sported a polka dot dress, while good old William went the classic route of a suit and coat. Not to be outdone, the 92-year-old Queen decided to go with an all-tan ensemble, because saying your prayers in style is always accepted.

But who was nowhere to be seen on this little stroll? Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. The foursome were last spotted on Christmas day, as they walked together to the same church — all smiling too. In fact, it was reported at the same that the Queen and Prince Charles had ordered a Christmas truce between Kate and Meghan in the sprit of the season.

“Queen and Charles have allowed the situation to play out without overtly interfering — but they both made it clear that Christmas was for the whole family to really come together,” a source told The Sun, referring to Kate and Meghan reportedly not being fans of each other. The source went on to add, “That meant the two couples walking into church together as the Fab Four just like they had last year. Yes, it was awkward and uncomfortable given what’s gone on over the past 12 months. But the alternative of even more negativity on Christmas Day wasn’t worth thinking about.”

Well one thing is for sure, nothing seemed to be bothering Kate and her husband on this morning.
