Some new faces are coming to America’s Got Talent for Season 14! According to VarietyGabrielle Union and Julianne Hough will join the singing competition show as judges alongside Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel. Former female panelists Mel B and Heidi Klum will not be returning to the series next season.

“One of the many secrets to the success and longevity of America’s Got Talent is its fearless drive to reinvent itself,” Meredith Ahr, president of the alternative and reality group at NBC Entertainment, said in a statement. “The next evolution of the format brings in fresh expert eyes to join Simon and Howie on the panel. Gabrielle and Julianne are two of the most aspirational women in the business, on top of being electric entertainers with talent across disciplines. I am excited to see how their knowledge, compassion and sheer joy enhance the experience for acts and viewers alike.”

Apparently, Mel, 43, and Heidi, 45, aren’t the only two AGT stars leaving the show, either. Variety also learned that Terry Crews will be taking over Tyra Banks‘ hosting gig on the next season. This past November, Tyra, 45, hinted that she might be leaving the popular reality show to pursue other opportunities. “I don’t know [if I’ll be coming back],” she previously told Access Hollywood“I think I had a really nice run with AGT. I had a lot, a lot of fun.”

“I’m going to be producing TV and I have a massive project starting next year. I’m not so sure, but if I don’t come back, I had a lot of fun,” she continued. Though the show won’t be the same without Tyra, Mel, and Heidi, Gabrielle, 46, and Julianne, 30, are ready to make their splash on the beloved NBC program — and we can’t wait! Season 14 of America’s Got Talent is set to premiere this summer.
