It became more evident Tuesday that Jenny McCarthy was indeed canned from The View based on a recent interview she gave with New You magazine.
The blond beauty seemed completely oblivious to her impending future with the show, especially when asked where she thinks she'll be in 20 years.
“Believe it or not, I think I’m still on The View. I love the show," said the 41-year-old who became a co-host in September 2013.
"I’m doing so much work to improve myself — signing up for critical thinking courses and doing all my media training. I want to be at the top of my game, and when I’m 60 I want to still have a face that moves," she added.
Jenny initially announced her departure from the show on June 26, telling her fans on Twitter:
My View will be changing too. As will with many hard working folks. Thanks to everyone at the show for your dedication and an amazing year.— Jenny McCarthy (@JennyMcCarthy) June 27, 2014
She also addressed her exit on Monday's (July 7) broadcast, at first tricking the audience into thinking the reports of her and Sherri Shepherd's unrenewed contracts weren't true.
"We're staying!" she exclaimed as the crowd broke out in cheers. But when the applause died down, she set the record straight. "Actually, it is true. But I love the support."
Jenny continued, "I am so grateful to have worked with Barbara Walters in her last year, along with many producers and co-hosts."
The former Playboy Playmate also hinted she had secured a new gig, but failed to specify what it will be.
