Well so much for that! If you were still hoping to see a sequel to the very popular film 13 Going on 30, the movie’s star, Jennifer Garner, has some bad news for you: it’s not happening.

During an appearance on Good Morning America on Friday, April 12, the 46-year-old was discussing the film, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary. During the interview, the actress was of course asked if a part two was in the cards.

“What, like 15 going on 50?” she joked, adding, “Let’s simmer down. Leave well enough alone.” Sorry everyone, but that pretty much puts a nail in that idea it seems. But while another film may not be happening, that doesn’t mean that the Golden Globe winner doesn’t still talk to some of her costars, as she revealed that she is close with fellow actress Judy Greer.

“We had so much fun together [on set],” she said of the 43-year-old. “She was my frenemy, and we are still really good friends.” The cast also included big names like Mark RuffaloKathy Bates and Andy Serkis. The Avengers actor, 51, recently told Entertainment Tonight how much he enjoyed spending time with Jennifer.

“We had the sweetest time. She was a big star then but I was kind of just starting out. She was just so lovely.” He continued, “We were making this really sweet movie that had a great message for young girls. We were all sort of coming into our own in that moment. We really loved that story and Jen was just transformed into a 13-year-old girl. It was really amazing.”

And the Elektra star is no stranger to staying in contact with her pals, as she also continues to hang out with her Alias costar Bradley Cooper. In fact, the pair was spotted having a meal together at Jennifer’s house on March 3.

Well if we can’t get a 13 Going on 30 sequel, perhaps a couple new episodes of Alias?
