It’s been less than three months since country music queen Carrie Underwood gave birth to her second child, Bryan Jacob Fisher, in January and the mom-of-two wasn’t afraid to share how she looks so good after just giving birth.

While attending the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 7, the 35-year-old beauty dished her secret behind her post-baby body. “I told you, I can’t breathe,” Carrie revealed to hosts on the red carpet of the 54th annual awards show. “I am zipped so tight in this dress, it’s holding things up in places that it doesn’t normally go.”

This isn’t the first time that Carrie has candidly opened up about some struggles she faced both during her pregnancy and after. In an Instagram post from March 19, the “Love Wins” singer wasn’t shy at the time about sharing details regarding the difficulty of getting back into shape after welcoming baby No. 2 just a few weeks earlier.

“I’m going to be honest, ‘bouncing back’ after having Jacob has been much more difficult than after I had Isaiah and I’ve been pretty hard on myself lately,” Carrie captioned the mirror pic she posted to social media while wearing her CALIA by Carrie athletic apparel and sneakers.

“I go into the gym and I can’t run as fast or as far. I can’t lift as much weight or do as many reps as I could a year ago,” dished the American Idol winner— who is also mom to 3-year-old son Isaiah Michael Fisher with husband Mike Fisher. Carrie also revealed that her fitness regime has been less-than-stellar lately. “I just want to feel like myself again … for my body to feel the way that I know it can.”

Carrie, who has always had one of the most enviable figures in Hollywood, added that she has learned to embrace her body for the amazing things that it accomplishes every day. “As I was working out today, I realized that for the past 11 months, my body has not belonged to me,” she wrote. “It was a perfect home for Jacob. And even now it belongs to him every time he drinks his milk.”

We love that Carrie is such an amazing beacon of body positivity!
