20 Bibigo mini wontons (dumplings)
2-3 small napa cabbage leaves
1/2 handful of enoki mushroom
1 pine mushroom
1 handful of chrysanthemum greens
1 red chili Broth
50g daikon radish
5 cups water
1 handful of dried bonito
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
A pinch of salt
Boil the daikon radish in a pot for 10 minutes then turn off the heat
Add the dried bonito to the pot and remove with a small strainer after 5 minutes
Season with soy sauce, mirin, and salt
Cut the cabbage, enoki mushroom, pine mushroom, carrot, and chrysanthemum greens into small pieces
Slice the red chilli at an angle.
Arrange the wonton dumplings, vegetables, and mushrooms on a plate and carry to the table with the broth
Boil the broth over a portable fire on the table
Add the ingredients to the broth little by little and eat as you cook
