Days after Michael Strahan announced he is leaving Live! With Kelly and Michael after four years on the hit daytime talk show, a new report has revealed Neil Patrick Harris and Anderson Cooper may replace him on the program!
"It's likely Kelly Ripa will bring up Anderson's name as a replacement," a source told Entertainment Tonight, adding Kelly, 45, and Anderson, 48, have been close friends for years.

Neil Patrick, 42, is allegedly also in the running to take over Michael's co-hosting job. "Producers loved Neil Patrick Harris when they were looking [for a new host] before," the insider continued. "He was a frontrunner, and he has less going on now than he did three years ago during the search that ended with Michael getting the gig."
Earlier this week, ABC announced Michael, 44, is leaving Live! to instead join the Good Morning America team as a co-anchor beginning this fall. The TV personality previously joined Live! in September 2012 after longtime co-host Regis Philbin left the show. He was subsequently added to the GMA team in 2014 and has been appearing on the program twice per week while continuing to work on Live! alongside Kelly.
