Gwyneth Paltrow is getting candid about her recipe for living a healthy life!
"I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself," the 42-year-old star revealed in a new interview.
When it comes to her diet, the Mortdecai actress admitted she isn't a total stickler about straying away from junk food — especially when it comes to preparing meals for her two kids, daughter Apple, 11, and son Moses, 9.

"My food philosophy is 'Nothing should be ruled out.' I don't believe in saying, 'You're not allowed that.' If my kids want a Shirley Temple with the radioactive cherry in it, go for it, you know?" Gwyneth said of her children with ex-husband Chris Martin, whom she divorced last month after 12 years of marriage.

She additionally revealed she starts her day with a cup of coffee — "Me with no coffee is not a good look," she said — and typically dines on a "big salad with grilled chicken" for lunch. As for dinner, the mom-of-two indulges in "whatever I want."

"Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes," she said.
So what does Gwyneth — who is rumored to have been dating Glee producer Brad Falchuk, 44, for more than a year — do to keep her amazing figure so fit? An hour of dance cardio every morning!
"I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago," she told Women's Health of her body for the magazine's new June issue.
