Step Inside Ginger Zee's Stylish NYC Home—And 40,000-Square-Foot Gym! - Closer Weekly

ABC News’ chief meteorologist, Ginger Zee, gave Closer Weekly a glimpse inside the NYC apartment she shares with her husband, WNBC news correspondent Ben Aaron, which has some deluxe luxury amenities!

“I have a 40,000-square-foot gym in the basement,” Ginger shares with Closer, on newsstands now. “It has a pool, basketball court, bowling alley and golf simulator.”

When they’re not entertaining guests, the Emmy-winning duo enjoy cooking for one another. “When Ben is in the kitchen cooking for me, I feel so at home,” she reveals. “I’ll always find him waiting for me with a nice glass of wine and a home-cooked meal. It’s the best!”

One of the best parts about the apartment, Ginger says, is living near her ABC office, which is “huge for my psyche, because I always get called in at 1 a.m. or 1 p.m., and I know I can get there quickly!”

These past four years are “the longest I’ve lived in any apartment,” Ginger admits. “Never in a million years did I think I would live in New York. I feel so blessed that I get to be a part of it.”
