It looks like this royal grandpa certainly has his work cut out for him! Prince Charles is officially a grandfather to three beautiful royal children after Kate Middleton finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Monday, April 23. Even at 69 years old, the prince is embracing the joyous news and even showed off his funny side!

In a statement made on Tuesday, April 24, Charles spoke on behalf of himself and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. “We are both so pleased at the news. It is a great joy to have another grandchild, the only trouble is I don’t know how I am going to keep up with them,” he jested.

It’s clear the entire royal family is in high spirits following the baby’s birth! Perhaps the most high-spirited of is new mom-of-three Kate herself. Only seven hours after giving birth, the Duchess of Cambridge left London’s St. Mary’s Hospital looking more chic than ever. She even posed for some pictures before returning to Kensington Palace — talk about a woman who can do it all!

Well, maybe not everything. As it turns out, Kate won’t be taking an official role in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming royal wedding. According to a new report by Vanity Fair, Kate has simply been tasked with enjoying herself like any other wedding guest rather than worrying about any official duties so soon after giving birth. Considering she’s a new mom to three little kids, who can blame her? Kate and her happy family of five are due for some well-deserved R&R (royal relaxation, that is!).
