We’ve seen Meryl Streep play many roles throughout her career, but now she can add a very special one to that ever-growing list: grandmother!

The three-time Oscar winner’s eldest daughter, Mamie Gummer, has officially welcomed a baby boy — her first — with producer fiancé Mehar Sethi, Us Weekly confirmed. At this time, we do not know what she has named the bundle of joy yet or the baby’s exact birthdate.

Mamie, 35, and Mehar, 36, got engaged last August while on vacation in Croatia and this will be the second marriage for the True Detective star after her 2011 marriage to Benjamin Walker, whom she split from in 2013. It seems like only yesterday — OK, December — that we first learned Mamie was expecting.

Meryl, 69, has had a total of four children — 39-year-old musician Henry Wolfe Gummer, 32-year-old American Horror Story: Freak Show star Grace Gummer and 27-year-old model Louisa Gummer, in addition to Mamie — with her longtime husband Don Gummer, 72. The two have been married since 1978 and have been rock-solid ever since.

In an exclusive interview with Closer Weekly just last year, the Mamma Mia star said she and Don raised their kids “as far away as possible from Hollywood” and that her life in rural Connecticut is actually “pretty normal” and includes “lots of time in my garden with my veggies and roses.”

“When I was younger, I always thought about where the journey would take me. Now I don’t mind drifting along and finding myself in new situations. I like it, actually,” Meryl added. “You have to embrace getting older. Life is precious.”

Thus far, the new mom has been mum on her social media pages, but she isn’t a big poster anyways. She and her hubby-to-be are likely taking some time to soak up their newfound parenthood — and rightfully so. Congrats to the both of them!
