Melissa McCarthy Looks Unrecognizable in Her New Movie—Plus See More Stars Who’ve Transformed Themselves for Film Roles!

In the newly released trailer for her upcoming film, The Boss, it’s clear the 45-year-old actress is looking red hot in her new role—and totally unrecognizable!

For the highly-anticipated comedy, the Gilmore Girls star swapped out her signature brunette strands for a red cropped pixie cut to portray Michelle Darnell, a wealthy businesswoman who goes bankrupt.

Melissa even revealed she enjoyed the role, and misses it now that it’s over. “I miss Michelle Darnell and I miss those clothes,” the comedian told E!.

“She is exactly the kind of woman I have always obsessed over with perfect nails that you know smells of an expensive perfume,” she continued. “The clothing and the whole attitude of this woman is like—it’s the exact woman I would follow around a mall for the day.”

The flick—in which Melissa costars with other hysterical actors including Kristen Bell, Peter Dinklage and Kathy Bates—is scheduled to hit theaters in April 2016.
