If there’s one thing we love about Meghan Markle, it’s her relative relatability in comparison to other royal bride-to-be’s — relative to the fact she’s still a famous actor, of course. She’s climbed the acting totem pole, pursuing many an odd job in her quest for Hollywood stardom, one of which was a Deal or No Deal suitcase holder back in 2006. And it gets better, she was also joined by fellow relatable-for-a-famous-celebrity icon, Chrissy Teigen.
Chrissy talked about the time she worked with Meghan in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on Monday, Feb. 19. While Chrissy appeared in eight Deal or No Deal episodes from 2007 to 2008, Meghan starred in 34 episodes from 2006 to 2007. While speaking to Ellen, Chrissy revealed that she jokes with her famous hubby John Legend, “That could be me. I could be Princess Harry.” It’s not the only time they worked together — the two women reunited in 2014 to compete on DirecTV’s Beach Bowl, a celebrity flag football game shown over the Super Bowl weekend.

In our minds, Meghan, 36, and Chrissy, 32, are the best of friends, spending weekends bonding over their partners and sexism in Hollywood. In reality, they’re probably just work colleagues who awkwardly nod at each other across the room, but we can dream. In the same Ellen interview, Chrissy also revealed her son will be born in June, although she is yet to decide on a name, telling Ellen, “Boy names are really tough. I don’t even think he’ll have a middle name because we can’t even think of a first name.”
While she is a fan of Richard Legend, so he will be nicknamed “Dick Legend,” Ellen warned her against that name. John has also vetoed John Junior in one of the humblest brags ever that he wouldn’t want his child to feel he had to live up to his name. In typical Chrissy fashion, her response was, “Wow, you’re a jerk!
