The Lopez family is about to get a little bigger! Mario Lopez just announced his wife, Courtney Mazza, is pregnant with the couple’s third child in an adorable family update video he posted to Instagram on Friday, Jan. 11. After the 45-year-old star asked his two kids, daughter Gia, 8, and son Dominic, 5, for little recaps on what they’ve been up to, he then turned to Courtney,  36, to inquire, “Mrs. Lopez, what about you?”

“I’m having a baby!” she exclaimed before holding up her black shirt to flaunt her growing baby bump in front of the camera. “Ohh, that’s right, that’s right! We are adding to the team. We’re going to be a party of five,” Mario gushed. “We don’t know what we’re having, if it’s going to be a boy or a girl. What do you want? Remains to be seen, so blessed.” Watch the Lopez family’s sweet pregnancy announcement in the video below!

Lopez Family update…

After Mario’s video hit social media, Courtney also took to Instagram to post a photo of her hubby sweetly kissing her tiny bump and additionally revealed her due date is July 2019 in the post’s caption. “Oh BABY!! Here we go again… #LopezPartyOfFive #DebutingInJuly,” she wrote.

In the past, both Mario and Courtney have revealed they’d hoped to expand their family with another baby in the future. “We’re going for number three, hopefully, we’ll get blessed. We gotta have a tiebreaker — girl or boy,” the Extra host previously told Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen Show.

Mr. and Mrs. Lopez first met back in 2008 when Courtney was starring in A Chorus Line on Broadway in NYC. The couple later welcomed daughter Gia in 2010, tied the knot in Mexico on Dec. 1, 2012, and welcomed son Nico in 2013.

In a previous interview with Parents Latina magazine, Mario revealed how fatherhood has changed him and the most important life lessons he hopes to instill in his kids. “There are no time-outs, really. Weekends, you think you can catch up on rest, and it’s the opposite. It gets even busier. It’s a different kind of busy,” he said of being a dad-of-two. As for what he hopes to teach his children, Mario said, “First and foremost, it’s got to be to treat others with respect. Be polite: Manners go a long way. Try to come from a good place. And aside from that, stay focused and do the right thing.”

Congrats on your pregnancy, Mario and Courtney — we can’t wait to meet Baby Lopez No. 3 in just a few months!
