“I figured that if I went completely silent on social media, then people would know I was in the hospital!” Kerry — who is married to NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha — added.
After welcoming Isabelle on April 21, 2014, Kerry and her husband managed to keep the news of their daughter’s birth a secret for nearly a month after she was born.

On ‘Scandal,’ the star portrays Olivia Pope, a crisis management expert to the President of the United States. For her performance on the hit political thriller, Kerry has received nominations for two Emmys, a SAG Award and a Golden Globe.
“I love her. To me she’s like family, and with family, it doesn’t matter if you like them or not, you love them no matter what. I don’t always agree with her choices, but I have a lot of compassion for them,” she said of her character.
